Agent settings (My Settings)

Within the LiveChat app, in the My Settings tab you can enable sound notifications for new live-chat requests and for new conversation messages, push notifications from your browser for new requests, how to trigger 'send message', as well as spell check settings for your language.

Note: for browser push notifications, you will need to enable the notifications from your browser setting too.
