In the chat pane you have a number of tools to assist you with the conversation.

You can chat directly by typing your response, use emojis and attach files.

In addition, you can use by clicking on the bubble icon.

You can view the full conversation the end-user had with the chatbot by clicking on the 'Show chat history' button in the conversation.
