Adding notes to a conversation

LiveChat Agents can add notes to conversations that are visible to LiveChat Agents only. This can take place at any point during the conversation, before or after transferring it or after it has finished.
To add a note, expand the ‘Conversation Notes’ section, type your notes and save.
You can edit or remove your own comments at any time.
Note: The notes within a conversation are visible to all LiveChat Agents.
