Scheduled Reports

To schedule reports, go to the Organization Analytics page and select the 'Scheduled Reports' tab.

Click 'Add Report'

Then add any sections you would like in the 'Edit Schedule Report' widget that will pop-up and click 'Save Changes'.

Report details:

  • Report Group Name: Enter a descriptive name for the scheduled report.

  • Description: Provide additional details or context about the report.

Bots:

Select the bot(s) to be included in the report.

  • Bots in this Report: From the drop-down button select which and how many bots you want to include to the report.

Frequency:

Choose how often the scheduled report will be generated and sent:

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

Content:

Select which sections of analytics data should be included in the report. Choose between:

  • All Sections

  • Summary

  • Automated Answers

  • LiveChat

  • Decision Trees

  • Interviews

  • User Feedback

Recipients:

Specify the email addresses or usernames of individuals who will receive the scheduled report.

  • Recipient Email: Enter the email address of the recipient(s) where the scheduled report will be sent.
