Knowledge Bases
To effectively incorporate a Knowledge Base (KB) within the chatbot, follow the steps below:
Access the Knowledge Base Settings: Go to the bot settings by selecting "Knowledge Base" from the settings options at the top of the dashboard.
Connect a New Knowledge Base: Click on the "Connect New KB" button located at the top right side of the screen.
Select the Knowledge Base: A table will appear with a dropdown menu. From the dropdown, select the Knowledge Base you want to connect to the specific chatbot.
Configure Knowledge Base Integration: Choose how the chatbot should generate responses from the Knowledge Base:
-AI Generate Text: The AI will generate responses based on the knowledge contained within the KB.
-Based on Article Body: The chatbot will use the exact text from the articles in the KB for responses.
Connect KB: After making your selections, click on the "Connect KB" button. The selected Knowledge Base will then be integrated with your chatbot.
Add More Knowledge Bases: If you need to add more Knowledge Bases, simply repeat the above steps for each additional KB you want to connect.
