Integrations
In the organization Integrations page you can connect your AI Agents with your established tools. Use the Create New Integration interface to seamlessly connect your Organization with essential external tools like Knowledge Bases, LiveChat systems, CRMs, and more. This allows your agents to access and sync real-time data, respond with up-to-date information, and interact through customer support channels. Use the scope filters to quickly find the integration type you need, then click “Integrate” to begin configuring the connection—enhancing your AI agent’s capabilities and ensuring it fits smoothly into your existing workflows.
