To ensure your chatbot performs optimally and meets your needs, it is important to configure its settings.

To access the Bot Settings, go to the left sidebar and choose 'Bot Settings'.

Select the following sections:

• Configuration: Define the identity of the chatbot.

• Backups: Set up backups to save and restore bot settings.

• Powerups: Enable or disable additional functionalities for your bot.

• Knowledge Base: Connect a knowledge base to the bot.

• Plugins: Enable or disable available plugins for the bot.
