🛠️Getting set up

Within ChatBricks, the bots are grouped into organizations, which can include all bots of a specific company or bots that belong to a particular project or business unit.

Step 1 - Enabling Single Sign On (SSO)

Helvia.ai Agent Platform works with Single-Sign-On (SSO), allowing users to sign in using their Microsoft or Google account. To enable SSO for your organization, get in touch with [email protected].

Step 2 - Setting up your organization

To configure the organization settings, click the gear icon on the top right corner, next to your profile and select 'Settings'.

In the Settings page, add the Organization Name, select the Timezone, set the Data Retention period and upload the Organization Image.

You can also link the organization with an external business platform (e.g. Microsoft Teams).

To delete an organization, follow the steps below: Click on the 'Delete Organization' button and then on the "Delete current organization, including all bots, data, settings and connections".

To confirm the deletion, you must type 'DELETE HELVIA' exactly as instructed. This is a critical action, so it should be performed with caution.

Once you have finished with all the required settings click 'Save Change'.

Step 3 - My account

Manage your account directly from the top of the console.

When the user initials button is clicked, a dropdown menu appears with the following options:

  • User Info: Displays the user's initials and their username or email.

  • My Profile: An option to access the user's profile settings, indicated by an icon of a person.

  • Switch Organization: An option to switch between different organizations, indicated by an icon of buildings.

  • Log Out: An option to log out from the current session, indicated by a logout icon.

  1. Email Field:

    • Email is pre-filled and non-editable.

  2. Change Password:

To change their password, a user can follow these steps:

• Enter the Current Password: The user must input their existing password. This step ensures security and verifies the user's identity.

• Create a New Password: The system prompts the users to ensure the new password meets the requirement of at least 8 characters.

• Confirm the New Password: In this field, the user re-enters the new password to ensure accuracy and avoid typos.

• Forgot Password (Optional): If the user does not remember the current password, they can click on the 'Forgot Password?' link. This will guide them through a password recovery process, typically involving email verification.

  1. Profile Picture:

  • Click on 'Select New' option to upload a new profile picture.

  • Recommended dimensions (250x250 pixels) and supported formats (JPG, PNG).

Click on 'Save Changes' after finishing with all the required settings.
