Audit Logs
Audit logs play a crucial role in the ChatBricks SaaS platform as they capture all user actions, including logins, creations, and modifications.
This information is valuable for troubleshooting, auditing, and analysis purposes. In order to ensure traceability, the system logs various details such as the date, type, outcome, error, user ID, and user IP for each action performed.
To access the Audit Logs, click the gear icon on the top right corner, next to your profile, and select 'Audit Logs'.
