Before you start creating and configuring the customized chatbot, you need to define the main objective of the bot. Whether it's employee support, customer service or web chat integration into a website. Defining a clear purpose is the first step in the process.

  • You have the option to select from a variety of pre-designed templates tailored for different purposes, or you can create a chatbot from the ground up.

  • Filters are available to help you easily find specific types of templates.

This is an important step as it forms the foundation of your chatbot and allows you to tailor the development process to meet your specific needs and preferences.
