Define the purpose of the flow: define the specific purpose of the flow. What user needs or business objectives does this flow address?
For example: For the "Greeting" flow, the purpose is the initial interaction in which the chatbot welcomes the user and identifies their needs.
Step 3: Save your work
The final step is to save your work. On the toolbar of each flow editing page there is a 'Save Changes' button on the right hand side. When you have finished setting up and editing your flow, click this button to save your work.
