Organizations

Within the platform users are able to create multiple organizations, each containing different AI Agents.

Click on '+Create new Organization' if you want to create a new one, that better suits to your company needs, such as a Helvia organization for the helvia.ai company.

There is also a search drop-down menu where users can search for the organization they wish to interact with using the search bar. This allows for easy navigation and management of various chatbots across different organizations.

How to create new Organization

Creating a new organization within the platform is simple and only takes a few steps. First, click on the + Create New Organization button.

Step 1: Set your organization name

In the input field, enter a name for your organization (maximum 20 characters).

Step 2: Configuration Settings

From the dropdown menus, select your preferred timezone and data retention period. You can choose a data retention duration ranging from 1 month to 24 months.

Step 3: Confirm your organization details

Review the following details before creating your organization:

• If you need to make changes, click the Back button at the bottom left.

• If everything looks good, click Create Organization at the bottom right to complete the setup.
