Settings: Access and modify the general settings that define how your organization's chatbot operates.
Integrations: Set up and manage integrations with external applications and services. This feature allows you to connect your chatbot to third-party tools such as CRM and other platforms, extending its functionality and making it a more powerful asset for your business.
Knowledge bases: Manage the sources of information that your chatbots use to generate responses.
Media: Organize and manage all the media assets your chatbot can use during interactions.
Audit logs: Keep track of all important actions and changes within your organization with audit logs.
Users: Invite new users and assign specific roles and access permissions at the organization, application, and bot levels, ensuring appropriate access to resources and functionalities.
