Manage Automated Answers
Predefined responses can be managed through the Automated Answers admin panel that includes the below information per topic:
Name/Title: The Automated Answer name is for internal purposes and it reflects the goal of the end-user when chatting with the bot.
Group: The groups aim to put together the Automated Answers that fall under a specific theme, enabling the admin to easily review all available information for a specific theme.
Type: The filter type allows the admin to select whether they desire to see only the intents' automated answers or the articles.
Upload at: Indicates the specific date and time the automated asnswere was created.
Chatbot input: Description on what the end-user is inquiring about.
Chatbot response: The response that will be given by the chatbot to the end-user when the end-user has typed a phrase that triggers a given automated answer. There might be a single response or various responses or a redirect to another automated answer or activity (i.e. decision tree, interview or flow).
Actions: The buttons for editing the automated answers.
