Audit Logs Table

The Audit Logs page provides a comprehensive view of the organization's activity, allowing you to track user actions, manage access rights and accurately maintain security logs.

Date Picker

  • The Date Picker allows you to specify a time range for viewing audit logs.

  • You can select both a start date and an end date to define the period of interest.

  • Additionally, convenient preset options such as 'Today', 'Yesterday' and 'Last Month', enable quick selection of common time frames. By choosing any of these presets, the date range is automatically set and the corresponding audit logs for that period are displayed immediately.

  • This feature simplifies the process of filtering and accessing specific log entries based on predefined time intervals.

Retention Period

  • In the toolbar there is a dropdown menu for selecting the retention period for audit logs.

  • The available options are 1 month, 2 months, and 3 months.

Email Notifications

  • In the audit logs toolbar there is, a dropdown menu for selecting a console user to receive email notifications.

  • The options include multiple email addresses, allowing the user to choose one or more recipients.

Audit Logs Table

There is a dedicated Audit Logs Table which provides a complete view of user activity. Logs the below events, with user id, date and time stamp for each entry, for example:

  • User log in/log out

  • User invite

  • User accept request to join an organization

  • User password update

  • Chatbot creation

  • Chatbot content update

  • Chatbot rename

  • Chatbot settings update

  • Deployment creation/update

  • Organization name update

  • Organization settings update

  • Chatbot backup creation/restoring/deletion

  • Monitoring enabling/disabling

  • User role update

  • User group creation/update/deletion

  • File upload/deletion in Media Manager

  • Create/update canned response

  • Create/update predefined action

User name

  • Click the Filter button in the User name tab of the table and select the user for whom you want to see more details

  • After selecting the wanted user, click 'OK', otherwise click 'Reset'.

Category Filter

  • The user can find also a Filter menu for selecting categories of audit logs

  • Categories include Access Control, Content, Bot Settings, Bot Deployments, Org Settings, and Org Management.

  • Once selected the category you wish, click 'OK ' , if you made a mistake click 'Reset' .
