Settings
In the organization Settings page you can manage key details and set ups that define how your organization operates within the platform.
Configuration Settings
The Configuration section allows you to set and customize the key settings that shape how your organization operates within the platform:
Organization Name: Here, you can specify the name of your organization as it appears across the platform. This name will be used to identify your organization in various settings and reports.
Timezone: Select the appropriate timezone for your organization. This setting ensures that all time-based activities, such as logging events or scheduling tasks, are accurately aligned with your local time.
Data Retention: Set the duration for which data will be retained within the platform. You can choose from different time periods, such as 13 months, to ensure compliance with your organization’s data retention policies.
Organization Image: Upload a logo or image to represent your organization. The recommended resolution is 250x250 pixels, and supported file types include JPG and PNG. This image will be displayed in areas of the platform where your organization is represented.
External Organizations: This feature allows you to connect your Helvia organization with external organizations. By clicking "Add Organization," you can integrate and collaborate with other entities, enhancing the overall functionality and reach of your chatbot.
Danger Zone: Organization Deletion: The Danger Zone is a critical area where you can perform irreversible actions, such as deleting your organization. If selected, this will permanently delete all bots, data, settings, and connections associated with your organization. However, user accounts will not be deleted. This action should be performed with caution.

Login Settings

Login URL: Copy and paste the corresponding URL address into a text editor and share it with the organization's users.
Post Authentication URL: Enable this option to bypass Token with a request to an endpoint that provides user information which later maps the user role in the mapping section. If enabled will override the 'Create user on first login' option.
User Role Mapping: Allows you to map a value from a specified key to a user role. Enter the Matching Response Value, such as a specific role that corresponds to the Organization's user role (e.g., editor, admin, or viewer).
