Inviting Users & Creating User Groups
Organization admins can add users to the organization and can also create User Groups.
Inviting Users
To invite a user, click the gear icon on the top right corner, next to your profile and select 'Users'.

Click the 'Invite New User' button and add the required settings in the widget page that will appear.
Fill in the bellow:
User Details:
Email Field: This field is where you enter the email address of the user you are inviting.
Organization Level Access:
This section allows you to set the user's access permissions at the organizational level. The following options are available:
No organization access: The user won't have any organizational-level permissions.
Organization viewer: The user can view organization data but cannot make changes.
Organization editor: The user can edit data at the organization level.
Organization admin: The user will have full administrative access at the organization level.
Application Roles:
This section defines the user’s roles for specific application access:
LiveChat Agent: A checkbox to assign the user the role of an agent, allowing them to engage in live chat conversations.
LiveChat Admin: A checkbox to grant administrative control over LiveChat features.
Bot Level Access:
This section is for assigning bot-specific permissions.
Access to Bots: Here, you can select the specific bots that the user will have access to using the drop-down meny button.
Once finished click the 'Invite user' button. Otherwise, to discard the invitation process and close the window click on 'Cancel'.

The invited member will receive an email from 'Helvia Support' to join the organization. You can see the status of the invites you have sent at the 'User invitations' tab.

Creating User Groups
To create a User Group, go to the 'User groups' tab within the 'Users' page and click the 'Add group' button. Add the group name and select the users you would like to add to the group. Add the access role and click the 'Create group' button.
