A well-structured knowledge base (KB) is a core element in providing users with comprehensive and accessible information. It serves as a central database where all relevant data, FAQs and support documentation are stored and can be easily retrieved by both the chatbot and human users.
By creating an efficient knowledge base, you enable your chatbot to provide accurate, consistent and timely answers, increasing user satisfaction and reducing the workload on your support teams.
To begin with click the gear icon on the top right corner, next to your profile and select 'Knowledge Bases'.
