Surveys

The Surveys tab provides a list of all survey responses collected through interactions with your chatbot.

  1. Date Range Filter: Set the date and time range for filtering survey responses. This limits the results to a given time period.

  2. Filter by Flow: Use the dropdown menu to filter survey responses by specific flows, such as Live-chat agent.

  3. Download Button: Click to download survey data. Choose between:

  • Comma Separator (,): Use this option to download CSV files with comma-separated values.

  • Semicolon Separator (;): Use this option to download CSV files with semicolon-separated values.

  1. Refresh Button: To make sure you see the latest data, click to refresh the list of survey responses.

  2. Surveys Table:

  • Date: Shows the date and time when each survey response was submitted.

  • Session ID: Displays the session ID associated with the survey response.
