Missed Questions

The Missed Questions tab provides a list of all the questions that the chatbot was unable to answer. This feature is vital for improving the bot's performance by identifying gaps in its knowledge base.

  1. Date Range Filter: You can set the date and time range to filter out the missed questions. This helps limit the results to a certain timeframe.

  2. Download Options: Click to download missed questions data.

  • Comma Separator (,):Use this option to download CSV files with comma-separated values.

  • Semicolon Separator (;): Use this option to download CSV files with semicolon-separated values.

  1. Refresh button: Click to update the open questions list to ensure you see the latest data.

  2. Missed Questions Table:

    • Question: Indicates which user question the chatbot was unable to reply to.

    • Date: Indicates the specific date on which the failed question was asked.
