Pemissions
There are 4 types of organization permission levels in Helvia Chatbricks.
Organization Admin
Can edit the content and settings of all bots, and can add and remove users in the organization.
Organization Editor
Can view and edit the content of all bots.
Organization Viewer
Can view all bots but cannot edit their content.
No organization level access
Has no organization level access. Access to bots can be configured with bot level access (Bot Admin, Bot Editor, Bot Viewer).
The roles related to the LiveChat app are:
LiveChat Agent
Can access the LiveChat app and receive and respond to live-chat requests.
LiveChat Admin
Can access and edit the LiveChat settings and predefined actions for all the organization bots, but cannot access the LiveChat app.
Users & User Groups
User management in Chatbricks is enabled through Users and User Groups. Both Users and User Groups are assigned roles. A User Group can have one or more Users as members and a User can be part of different User Groups.
An individual who has access to Chatbricks and is part of a User Group, will have the combined roles assigned to him/her individually plus the roles assigned to the User Group.
