Chat Sessions

The Chat Sessions tab provides a list of all chat interactions between users and your chatbot, along with several features to facilitate easy navigation within the section:

Search Bar: User the search bar to find specific chat sessions by keywords or contact information.

  • The available search filters include exact text, word, expression, session ID, tag, and variable (with an additional search bar provided for variables).

  • Additional filter options, providing ways to search within the bot session records. Including search by text, by exact word, by regural expression, by session ID, by tag and by variable

Date Range Filter: Set the date and time range to filter chat sessions. This helps in narrowing down the results to a specific timeframe.

Download Options:

  • Click to download chat session data.

  • Choose between Text, CSV, and XLSX formats for download.

Refresh Button: Click to refresh the list of chat sessions and ensure you are viewing the most recent data.

Chat Sessions Table: where users can see:

  • Created At: Shows the date and time when each chat session was initiated.

  • Contact: Displays the contact details of the user, including name and email address if available.

  • Bot Deployment: Indicates the bot deployment name associated with the chat session.

  • Duration: Shows the duration of each chat session.

  • Tags: Any tags associated with the chat session for easy identification and categorization.

  • Actions: Each chat session row includes action buttons:

-Arrow icon: View detailed information about the chat session.

-Download icon: Download the specific chat session data.
