Monitoring

The Monitoring tab provides a comprehensive dashboard for monitoring the performance and status of multiple bots over a selected date range. It allows users to view, manage, and monitor the uptime and status of each bot.

The monitoring page is available only under the Analytics page in the Monitoring tab, where all bots that have the 'Monitoring' powerup enabled, are available.

Key features:

  1. Date range selection: A date selector at the top of the page allows users to choose the date range to be tracked.

  2. Bots in this report: A drop-down button shows the number of bots currently included in the report. Users can select or deselect bots from this drop-down list. Each bot has a checkbox to include it in the report, and the currently selected bots are marked.

  3. Bot Monitoring Table: The main section displays a table listing all bots and their respective statuses over the selected date range. The columns include:

  • Bot Name: The name of the bot, with an icon indicating its type.

  • Dates: Columns for each day within the selected date range showing the status for each day.

  • Current Status: Indicates the current operational status of the bot.

  • Enable Bot Monitoring: For each bot, there is a switch to enable or disable monitoring.

Email notification settings: When you click the drop-down arrow, a pop-up window appears titled "Send email notifications to the following console users:".

This pop-up window includes a search bar where users can search for specific console users to receive notifications. A button labeled "Clear" to deselect all selected users, and a button labeled "OK" to confirm the selection of users to receive email notifications.
