Conversations, Requests and Settings tabs
The conversation tab shows all new (live conversations), open and closed ones in your organization. You can search for specific keywords, agent or client name to view specific conversations.

You can filter by status, bot, agent or date.

And also by username, user email, message, Session ID and Conversation ID.

The Requests tab shows new live-chat requests, as well as missed requests.

In the Settings tab you can enable sound notifications for new live-chat requests and for new conversation messages, as well as push notifications from your browser for new requests.
