📈Organization Analytics

The organization analytics page on ChatBricks offers useful insights into the overall performance of chatbots. This section includes three main areas: Analytics, Scheduled Reports and Monitoring.

To access the Analytics page in ChatBricks, simply go to the top menu and select ‘Analytics’.

  • Analytics: Provides detailed metrics and statistics on how chatbots perform. It includes data on user interactions, response times, engagement ratings and other relevant performance indicators. Users can analyze trends, identify patterns, and make informed decisions based on this information.

  • Scheduled Reports: This tab allows users to define and manage scheduled reports that automatically generate and deliver analysis summaries at specified intervals.

  • Monitoring: Use the Monitoring tab to track chatbot activity in real time. It provides live data on current interactions, metrics on the status of the system. This predictive monitoring helps ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of potential issues.
